These pages contain the ratification/implementing legislation and draft legislation (and some reports accompanying them) of some of those countries that already are in an advanced process of operalisation of the Statute in domestic legal orders.
They represent a useful operational tools for the comparison of the different techniques of ICC Statute implementation and ratification.
Documents are reported mainly in the original language (English, French or Spanish).

The British House of Commons is at present discussing a draft bill for the ratification/implementation of the ICC Statute. This draft is available at the following address: http://files.fco.gov.uk/und/draftbill.pdf
The deadline for the consultation procedure on the ICC Draft is 12th October 2000. After this date the Bill will be trasmitted to the House of Lords.
